You may also make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.
(c) In exchange for the grant of the software license recited in (a) and (b) above, you acknowledge and agree that you will not:
(i) republish any material, data or information extracted, derived or copied from this mobile App and website (including republication on another website);
(ii) sell, rent or sub-license any material, data or information extracted, derived or copied from the mobile App and website;
(iii) show any material, data or information extracted, derived or copied from the mobile App and website in public;

You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any and all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
(b) Distribution.
You may not distribute registered copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to third parties. Evaluation versions available for download from Genesis Gaming Solutions, Inc.'s websites may be freely distributed.
(c) Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
(d) Rental.
You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
(e) Support Services.
Genesis Gaming Solutions, Inc. may provide you with support services related to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT ('Support Services'). Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
(f) Compliance with Applicable Laws.
You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
(g) Limited Access.
Any access or attempt to access for any reason areas of BravoPokerLive or other information thereon is strictly prohibited. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to 'screen scrape', monitor, 'mine', or copy the data or web pages and content contained herein in whole or in part.
3. TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, Genesis Gaming Solutions, Inc. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in your possession.
4. COPYRIGHT
All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any copies thereof are owned by Genesis Gaming Solutions, Inc. or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Genesis Gaming Solutions, Inc..
5. NO WARRANTIES
Genesis Gaming Solutions, Inc. expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided 'As Is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness of a particular purpose. Genesis Gaming Solutions, Inc. does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Genesis Gaming Solutions, Inc. makes no warranties respecting any harm that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus, worm, time bomb, logic bomb, or other such computer program. Genesis Gaming Solutions, Inc. further expressly disclaims any warranty or representation to Authorized Users or to any third party.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Genesis Gaming Solutions, Inc. be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of 'Authorized Users' use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, even if Genesis Gaming Solutions, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. What the Fuss Is All About

Needless to say, cheating in poker has been a hot topic for quite some time. That said, it is quite easy to see why this issue is such a big deal.

Mike Postle, one of the regular players at the Stones Gambling Hall, was accused of cheating during some live-streamed cash game sessions at the casino. These allegations were made by Veronica Brill who is known as “Angry Polak” in the poker community. Her accusations were made in a lengthy Twitter thread where she laid out some evidence that includes several video clips of hands that played by Mike Postle.

Stones Live Poker Cheating

The video footage that was presented as evidence showed a number of questionable decisions that were made by Postle. Even Joey Ingram admitted that there was something fishy going on. He showed this in the recorded footage that he showed during his 5-hour YouTube analysis.

Viewers noted that Postle did not make an incorrect decision and sometimes even folded monster hands when he was beat. Apparently, he folded even in situations where the toughest poker players in the world would find it difficult to fold.

Now, it is important to note that Veronica Brill pointed out that she was not entirely sure if Postle was cheating but she was betting that there was a good chance that he was. Her claims have since been backed by a number of poker pros who she has refrained from naming.

Stones’ Investigation

Initially, Stones Gambling Hall revealed that they had conducted an investigation and found that the Postle had no wrongdoing. However, a lot of pressure has been mounted on Stones as more members of the poker community weigh in on the issue. As such, the casino will be reopening the investigation. The first step it took in this regard was to suspend all of its “Stones Live Poker” streams indefinitely.

“We have also, as a result, halted the use of RFID playing cards. We have taken these steps proactively while we conduct a multifaceted and thorough investigation into every element of these games,” reads a statement from the poker operator.

Despite the reopening of the investigation Stones has still come under fire. A number of people who are disappointed that the company intends to carry out the investigation itself. Ideally, the job would be best suited for an independent or third-party investigation team.
